| Reinstalling
SuccessMaker
There are times when we wish to reinstall SuccessMaker, but after reinstalling,
we don't see any improvement.
This may result from existing files already on the computer which don't
get replaced by the reinstall.
Pearson Learning has advised us that we should remove existing folders
and files from the computer prior to reinstalling the program
To remove Successmaker totally, you need to remove the following folders
from your computer. Click on the hard drive icon to open it, and you will
see the folders:
CAI
History
Local CAI
Results Manager
Student
Teacher
Removing those files will make it possible to reinstall without interference
from existing files. Just click on the setup button within the SME drive.
